BetMirror is a virtual betting tracker and awareness tool. All bets, stakes, odds and balances in the app are simulated. We are not a bookmaker or gambling operator, we do not accept or pay out real money on bets, and nothing in the app is an opportunity to win real money.

You must be at least 18 years old to use BetMirror. By using the service you confirm that you are.

You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and let us know of any unauthorised use.

The core reality-check features are free. Paid plans (Pro and Premium) are billed annually through Stripe. Billing, renewals, cancellation and refunds are described on our Payment page, which forms part of these terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from Settings.

You agree not to:

• Use the service if you are under 18.
• Misuse, disrupt, or attempt to break the service or its security.
• Resell or present BetMirror as a real-money gambling product.
• Use the service unlawfully or to harm others.

BetMirror provides information and tools for awareness only. It is not financial, legal, or medical advice, and it is not a substitute for professional treatment. If gambling is affecting you, please see our help resources.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BetMirror is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms or the service over time; material changes will be notified in-app. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time, and we may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
